Experienced channel leader with strong ability to creatively scale strategic initiatives; proven aptitude to build, inspire and enable teams; highly adept at growth and evolution of strategic partnerships at the executive level.
About Me
For over 15 years, I've lived my passion for leading and inspiring cross-functional virtual teams in sales, marketing, technical enablement, and more. This includes significant vertical experience including HLS, MEG, tech, retail, and public sector.
I've built, launched, and honed effective teams and strategy for direct, reseller, OEM, and service provider. Those teams delivered strong sales/partner programs anchored by intuitive enablement, clear and specific performance incentives, and a focused value proposition. Those programs led to repeatable and scalable results, time and again.
While much of my career has been focused on scaling with teams, I deeply enjoy being hands-on with strategic customers and partners. I will take every opportunity to learn from, share with, and collaborate alongside clients to drive great business outcomes.
I am a creative thinker that embraces change, challenge, and growth. I'm a proud mentor and mentee - a teacher and lifelong learner.
My creativity is fueled by study of performing arts, martial arts, and visual art. I am an active hiker, cyclist and home gym aficionado. I practice mindfulness through meditation and yoga. I enjoy coffee most mornings. And I am passionate about giving back, specifically focused on local youth, the arts, and education. References available upon request.
